Terms for No Cost EMI

These terms apply to your use, as an advertiser on Treasurechit, of the no-cost equated monthly installment (“No Cost EMI”) payment option for payments made by you on Treasurechit to add to your Advertiser Balance. The use of this payment option is subject to your bank making available a No Cost EMI facility to you.

• The equated monthly installment payments are transactions between you and your bank and are subject to the terms of agreement between you and your bank.

• Treasurechit itself does not provide the No Cost EMI facility and the same is provided by your bank, in its sole discretion. Treasurechit facilitates a No Cost EMI payment option which you can utilize in the event that your bank provides a No Cost EMI facility to you.

• The No Cost EMI facility will currently be available only on credit cards.

• Using the No Cost EMI payment option, you will pay an amount equal to the amount of prepaid value that you wish to top-up on your Advertiser Balance. Some banks may at their sole discretion charge an additional processing fee which may be billed by them in the first repayment installment. However, Treasurechit does not charge you any fees in connection with adding to your Advertiser Balance with the No Cost EMI facility.

• Treasurechit has no involvement in the commercial arrangement between you and your bank (including but not limited to charging of applicable taxes by banks) for you to use the No Cost EMI payment option on Treasurechit. Additionally, Treasurechit has no role to play in the approval, extension, modification, pre-closure, closure or other incidental matters in relation to the No Cost EMI facility provided by your banks.

• The No Cost EMI facility may be made available to you at the sole discretion of your bank and is entirely subject to the agreement between you and your bank in this regard. Treasurechit has no liability or responsibility for any matter relating to the provision of this facility by banks to you, including but not limited to any claims on account of non-availability of the No Cost EMI facility.

• Treasurechit reserves the right to: (i) alter the terms of the No Cost EMI payment option at any time; or (ii) stop facilitating the No Cost EMI payment option at any time without prior notice or any liability.
