Protected Purchases
Buyer purchases are protected in the following situations

Item not received.
- If the buyer has not received the item 48 hours after the estimated arrival date
shown in the order details page, the item is considered “not received” and is eligible
for purchase protection.
- If the buyer has not received the item 48 hours after the estimated arrival date

Item damaged or significantly different than described. For example:
- Item was damaged during shipping
- Item is missing major parts, and this wasn't disclosed
- Item condition was different than described
- Item is a different version or edition than what was displayed for purchase
- Item is completely different from what was ordered

Seller not following their stated refund policy.

Unauthorized purchases.
Disputes and Refunds
Contacting the Seller:
- In case of an issue with a purchase, the buyer will initiate contact with seller.
- The Seller is required to respond and attempt to resolve the issue within the timeframe
specified in the Service Agreement.
Escalating to Treasurechit:
- If the issue remains unresolved , buyers have the option to file a claim with Treasurechit.

Filing a claim with Treasurechit
If a seller has not responded or resolved the issue after 48 hours, the buyer can submit a claim.
The claim should be filed within 72 hours from the date of delivery. If the buyer never
received the item, they must wait for 48 hours after the last date of estimated delivery
before filing a claim.
Limitations
Sellers have the option to select whether they will respond to the return/refund requests within 12 or 24 hours and to ship the product in the 24 or 48 hours, as indicated in the Service Agreement.
Buyers can file a claim for the full price of an item, including tax and shipping. Claims must be filed within 72 hours from the date of delivery. If buyer never received the item, they must wait 48 hours after the last date of estimated delivery before filing a claim..
