Community Feedback on all Treasurechit Company Products must comply with the following policies, as well as our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your Community Feedback complies with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations.

We define Community Feedback as user-generated content appearing on Ratings and Review or Question and Answers features on Treasurechit. Failure to comply with our policies may result in a variety of consequences, including, but not limited to: removal of Community Feedback or other content, rejection of product tags and listings, or suspension or termination of access to any or all Treasurechit products or features. If you repeatedly post content that violates our policies, we may take additional action on your account. Community Feedback is intended to provide equal voice for all viewpoints that comply with Treasurechit policies, including the full range of positive, negative, and neutral ratings and reviews.

General Ratings and Reviews Policies

a. Manipulation

Community Feedback must not be used to misrepresent, deceive, defraud or exploit others for a financial or personal benefit.

b. Incentivization

Community Feedback must not be directly or indirectly incentivized, unless otherwise disclosed compliant with Treasurechit’s policies. We define incentivization as a business partner or seller providing something of value, such as a monetary payment, free gift, or refund, in exchange for Community Feedback ratings, reviews, or answers.

c. Irrelevance

Community Feedback must be based on a reviewer's direct experience with a product, business, or seller. Additionally, the feedback must be related to the intended use of the product and/or business.

d. Graphic or Inappropriate Content

Community Feedback must not include any content or media that is excessively graphic, inflammatory, violent, discriminatory, or threatening to any person or group.

Spam

Community Feedback must comply with Treasurechit’s policies on Spam. Including, but not limited to engagement bating, high frequency content posting, sharing, or promoting is not allowed.
